If for any reason, there is a problem in processing the order then we will notify you via email with the reason it could not be fulfilled.
This could be for one of the following reasons:
There was an error in how the product was described or priced on our website.
One of the products in the order is currently out of stock.
We are unable to take full payment for your order.
You did not fulfill your obligations as set out under these terms and conditions.

Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our workshop moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed. Our Customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders. If an order is cancelled, no cash refund is offered.

.・゜゜・Lost or stolen packages・゜゜・．

FAIRY FANCY CLUB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the courier service. Lost or stolen packages are very frustrating and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.
